UND Student wins travel award to attend NISBRE
Chandra Bathula, a graduate student in Dr. Scott Garrett's lab at UND won a travel award to attend the 2010 National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE) in Bethesda, MD, June 16-18. The title of Chandra's abstract is "Regulation of Cell Differentiation by Metallothionein-3 (MT-3) in Human Proximal Tubule Cells." Chandra has a Masters in Biochemistry and will complete his Ph.D. this December.
